system we can provide round the clock protection, seven days a week, 365 days a year from our
purpose built Response Centre. Our team of experienced staff are available at the touch
of a button to provide help and support to you in your own home when you need it most.
>> Narrator: Installing the service couldn’t be easier or quicker. A small home unit simply
plugs into your telephone socket and the nearest convenient power socket. There is no disruption
to your home or unsightly wires and the whole house is covered from the one device. The
installer will show you how the unit works, how to test it yourself and what to do in
case of an emergency.
>> Narrator: In the unlikely event of an incident our operator is instantly alerted and the
system tells them who is calling even if you can’t speak. If you are near to the home
unit they can then talk to you via the built-in loudspeaker and sensitive microphone. Our
computer system holds all your critical medical information along with details of relatives
and other key-holders so we can provide the most effective response.

a problem?
>> Mrs Winters: Hello, yes I’m here, I feel so silly, I slipped and now I can’t get

>> Narrator: The operator will then contact a key-holder who will be with you as soon
as possible. We will be monitoring the situation until help arrives and the problem is resolved.

your home goes off you are still protected.
