Reminders is a great way to manage
a to-do list. I can click
on an empty line, then type in
what I'd like the computer to remind me of. Upon completing a reminder,
I can check the box to the left of that reminder, and it automatically goes
into the Completed category. The Today
view will show me if I have any tasks that's due today.
Reminders can sync across multiple different services
iCloud can push your reminders across each of your Apple devices.
To set an alert of reminder, position the cursor to the right
and click the Info button. This prompt allows me to specify
if I was to be reminded on a certain day and time,
or,
if this is an alert I'd like to repeat. I can choose each day,
week, two weeks, month or year.
I can also assign a priority
of its importance. I can also enter any additional notes
I wish to include.
In the lower-left corner,
of the Reminders application, I can toggle
a compact view or an extended view,
a calendar,
or I can create additional lists.
Lists allow me to categorize
my different reminders.
