Hi guys! In today's video, I'll show you a recipe that I really, really like, that my
mom thought me how to make: oven noodles. So if you want to learn how to make this dish,
keep watching! You're going to need:
500g of pasta cooked with water, salt and oil
1 can of peas 3 tomatoes cut in pieces
1 cup of milk 1 table spoon of butter
1 box of whipped cream 1 onion cut in pieces
1/2 red bell pepper cut in pieces 1/2 yellow bell pepper cut in pieces
150g of olive cut in pieces 1 cup of oil
300g of tomato sauce First you'll add the oil. I'm using high heat.
Then you'll add the onion. When it's braised, you'll add the tomato and stir. When it's
boiled, you'll add the bell pepper... Both yellow and red, and stir a little more. Then
you'll add the olive, the butter. I decreased the heat, it's in low heat now. And stir.
Then you'll add the tomato sauce. Add a tea spoon of salt, to add a little taste. Now
you'll add the peas. Stir softly. It stopped boiling, so I'm increasing the heat again,
to a medium heat. Add the milk. Stir and let it boil. When it's boiling, you'll add the
whipped cream. Then you'll turn off the heat and keep stirring to incorporate. When you
drain the pasta, you'll add it to the sauce to mix and you'll add it little by little,
according to the consistency of the sauce, so there's not too much pasta, nor too much
sauce. And stir. Add a little more pasta until you think it's good. Dump in a glass dish.
Powder with a little grated parmesan. When it's good, you'll preheat the oven to 180C
for 10 minutes and gratin the dish for 5 minutes. And this is the result! So that was the recipe.
