And this is one is going to be particularly good for sciatica, So the pains that runs
down the legs and for really lower back pains, so the lumbar area particularly or sacral
area particularly. And this is, again, you're just going to walk down from your spine to
the space between L5 and 6. And you're going to go into that space. Same sort of thing,
straight up and down motion or rocking motion. And this is a great way to ease the sciatica,
the short pains that runs down the legs. So it's another one that's going to be in that
area where is the dog has spondylosis. This is likely to be painful. You might feel lumpy
bits of bone on that area and the dog might really object. If that's the case, this is
not a point to work, just go on beyond it, other further down or further up the back
and work the other points.
