I would say we're not yet
as far advanced as as Brian is advocating
with all the connectivity at a hotel level, yet.
But for me they need to think of,
it's not always a technology point, it's a communication point and
it's a design point,
they need to think of designing
the experience, the guest experience. And and too many are sort of reacting
to change instead of originating
how are they going to do that in the future.
And that's what I see happening in many hotels today:
Is "OH! we've got you know now there is a new technology we've got an iPad ok quick
we've got to find an iPad app!"
But they haven't thought about it when they built it and they was
even though much of this technology existed when they built the hotel
and that and that's that's where they that did miss a goes they need to
think with what's happening built into the DNA of the hotel
and that's that's how the hotel is going to always stay up to date
in you know always pleasing you generations and not everybody is going
to enjoy it and of course I'll always be
hotels for everybody in this enough for for all ages and all generations
