AvStar Aviation is close to completing its purchase of Twin Town Leasing.
The company just released an amended Letter of Intent that extends the agreement until
the middle of June. The only question is how AvStar plans to pay
-- using promissory notes or AvStar stock -- in addition to a down payment in cash.
Penny Omega let us know about the deal and says Twin Town supports a fleet of seven twin
engine aircraft and fixed-base operations in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
Nearly two million shares of AAVG were traded Thursday.
Talent Alliance is busier than ever before. That's why the company wants to quadruple
its sale force by the end of the year. Talent Alliance says its existing sales team
is giving 120 percent because of the flood of orders from existing and new customers.
Penny Stock Farmer says the company's stock has established higher lows and may be about
to pop. Volume continues to build for TLAN on the
Pink Sheets.
BRAVADA Muscle Flex is planning one of the biggest parties to ever hit Los Angeles.
Audrina Patridge and T Lopez are just two of the high profile celebs coming to the grand
opening of BRAVADA Women's Athletica next month in LA.
Patridge stars on the hit MTV series “The Hills.”
Lopez has appeared in the hit series "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody" and "CSI."
BRAVADA is one of StockGuru's featured picks. Shares of MFLI jumped close to five percent
Thursday.
Forget everything you know about video games because Jedi Mind is changing the playing
field. Jedi says its new thought-controlled software
app is about to hit store shelves. The app will let players control everything
through a special wireless headset that reads your brainwaves.
That means there's no need for keyboard, mouse or controller.
StockEgg says Jedi plans to market the product to everyday computer users as well as to associations
for the disabled, clinics and non-profit organizations. Shares of JEDM rocketed more than 50 percent
Thursday to about three cents.
