Let’s send a letter to several of our Contacts. I’ll sign into RealtyJuggler… click on
Mail… and click on the link to Print Mass Printed Form Letters.
I’m going to Print Letters For all of my contacts who match a particular category.
I am usig my Contacts database, but I could have used Prospect,
Buyer, or Seller database if I had wanted. Now, we’ll use the Show Category dropdown
at the top right to choose which category we want to
write our letter to. I’ll write to all of my contacts who have the category Buyer.
What should we do with Missing Addresses? I’m going to Skip any records that don’t
have a mailing address. If you like, you can choose to print
those letters anyway, or you can skip any records that
have an email address, and send those contacts an email instead.
Typically, your Sort Order is going to be alphabetical, but you can sort your letters
by Postal Code, as well.
Finally, let’s choose the letter to send. We can use our own Custom letter… use a
template from the Standard library… or use a template in Spanish.
I’ll choose the Standard template library. The standard library includes seventy different
templates. I’ll choose, "Prospect: Looking for a fast
sale?" And I’ll click on Download Letters.
RealtyJuggler does a mail merge with all of the contacts I chose… and downloads all
of those letters as a Microsoft Word document. I’ve set up
a graphical letterhead, and you can see that the letters
have each person’s contact information merged in. I can print from Microsoft Word whenever
I like.
