Hello and welcome. As you're watching this video you must wonder what on earth a one-to-one
session with me is actually like!
Let me assure you I provide a totally safe space to explore whatever issues are troubling
you, and you keep all your clothes on - except your shoes.
I ask you to complete a few pages of a form, about the issues which you are uncomfortable
about in your life at the present time and your background medical history; the events
going back to your childhood.
When you arrive, we sit and have a chat about them, we might have a laugh, we explore your
feelings and sometimes I help you to connect in a very safe and different way to your deepest
feelings to establish what is the real problem in your life.
Because it may not be what you've written down at all.
I don't mind, it's entirely up to you how you feel at the time.
What I also do is use specific techniques to help accurately identify past emotional
triggers from your earlier years, which may have most likely lead to your current issue.
And then, what happens during the session? Well, we might end up sitting on the healing
couch side-by-side and kicking our feet like little kids and having a laugh as we discuss
your problems or lack of problems as maybe.
Alternatively, you might be lying down on the couch, you might choose to lie down on
the couch; in a very deep relaxed space with music or guided visualisations from me.
I may be holding your feet in a very gentle way and I may possibly be making loud Sound
Healing noises. Something along those lines.
You might go into a very deep restful sleep, and that is what the majority of people find,
is that sessions are very in depth; they are very thorough, and they find insight and relaxation
in a way they are not familiar with.
What I do recommend is that following a session, you try and avoid having difficult, challenging
circumstances. Whether that be business meetings or planned
phone calls.
Try and take a few hours at least in a relaxed way, plan it beforehand because that really
helps. At the end of the session I will usually give
you a recommended period of time until the next session and the probable number of sessions
you are likely to require to be comfortable about the changes you have made toward solving
the issue you brought with you.
