On a search result page, you can select sequences and run various analyses on them.
Mouse-over the “Run Analysis” button and select an analysis.
If the analysis is completed quickly, it will display on the page as soon as it finishes.
You can click the “Save Analysis” button to save the results to your Workbench.
Some analyses take longer to complete, especially when there is a large number of input.
While an analysis is running, you can choose to save it upon completion to your Workbench and then navigate to other parts of the site.
To do so, enter a name and then click “Save to Workbench.”
After the results are saved to your Workbench, you can review the results from your Workbench anytime you would like.
You can also request an email notification of completion by entering your email address.
When the results are ready, you will receive an email with a link to the results of the analysis.
If you want to save the results of an analysis that you previously ran during the same session,
navigate to the Workbench area and select the checkbox next to the analysis that you would like to save.
Now, click the “More Actions” button and click “Save Unsaved Analysis.”
Enter a name ...
... and click save.
Now the Analysis is saved to your Workbench.
