Hi! This is Dave Foydel with expertvillage.com. In this next video you will learn the rubber
band up the nose trick. Here we go; I don’t know how many of you guys get colds or get
congested, but I figured up a better way than actually going to the store and purchasing
some kind of some medicine for you know congestion; rubber bands work great. You can just take
this band put in your nose and sniff it right up, clears you up instantly. I would not recommend
doing more than 1 or 2 a day, because it will get some caught up there and that won’t
be good. That is the rubber band up the nose. I will show you how it works. When doing rubber
bands I will carry rubber bands around my wrist for no other reason than it is a really
easy place to put them, and you don’t have to think about having them in your pocket
and getting them all tied around strings or what not. So what happens here is I always
have about you know three, four, five rubber bands in my wrist and I will take one of them
and pull it to its extent where it won’t pull anymore, not to the point where I am
trying to break it but just where it is really tight, and I will twist it and when I twist
it, the hand that the rubber band is around, I am going to put my middle finger into the
X and push that right against my palm. Now I am pulling the rubber band, which looks
like at this point I am just holding a band from my middle finger to my other middle finger,
right here, it looks like a rubber band, but it is really all wrapped around this part
here. So I will transfer to my thumb and my pointer finger and I put it to my nose, stretching
in a couple of times, put it right here. Now the key is to sniff and release this at the
same time, when I release it, it just goes right back down to my wrist, so as I get here
I go like this and I just release sniff and open this hand at the same time it goes. You
kind of act that really went up your nose and it would kind of hurt. Now it doesn’t
hurt go up your nose, but it will kind of hurt snapping back on your wrist, so no one
said magic was not painful, it is great trick though, one more time, and have the rubber
band.
