Welcome to Expert Village. My name is Dr. Ed Riffel. O'kay for our next clip we are
going to be doing some punch outs and some exercises to pick up the deltoid muscles,
the clavicular and the sternal muscles. We will be going through a routine getting down
here like we are doing a bench press.
So we are activating the pectorals some of the shoulder muscles, the laticimus, and we
are getting into some of the deltoid and the upper trapezius muscles, activating that and
moving our hand position.
