Alright now I'm just going to talk a little bit to the ladies about following tips for
the open break right turn. Ok so we've got our basic here, one, two, three, he's going
to prepare us on five, he's going to give us that open break, remember to keep your
elbow bent, so this is six, seven, ladies if you would like to style your hand feel
free to open the door, six, seven, you just push it open like that. Good. On one he's
going to lift up this hand. Girls your job is to not be squeezing so tight that when
he tries to flick it he can't ok. So you want to be hooking on, but when he flicks open
the hand you want to allow him to do so. Now again you push when he pushes you pull when
he pulls. Right now he's pushing against me so I'm going to give him that resistance ok.
Now I want to make sure, my job ok, is to keep this arm in front of my face. I don't
want to do this, six, seven, one, ok. My elbow needs to be in front of my face making an
L so that my elbow is at the same height as my shoulder and my hand is right above my
head. I don't want to push up ok. So when he lifts up that hand I make a muscle and
I leave my arm in this L position. That is going to allow him to steer me through the
turns. So your job ladies is just to keep that arm stiff and let him turn you ok. So
on two he's going to start to turn me. I step forward, two, three. He stops me on five.
We bring it back to basic, six, seven, one, two, three, and there you go.
