I'm Samantha Ibarguen and I'm an energy healer and a wellness consultant in New York City.

A great thing to do if you're feeling stressed, or you're feeling worried, or you have anxiety
about something, is to take a moment, breathe deeply, and progressively relax your muscles.
So were going to do that now, we're going to focus on the torso, and I'm going to take
you through muscle groups from your shoulders to your pelvis. So as you do this with me,
you can relax, and close your eyes, so starting with your shoulders, just let them go. Notice
if your shoulders are scrunched up by your ears, and just allow them to drop, just allow
them to fall. And focusing on your upper back. Just whatever that feels like for you. Just
letting go of the muscles. And moving down. To your lower back. Just bringing some gentle
awareness to these muscles. And just allow them to let go. Moving to your abdomen. You
can just let your belly go; let yourself have Buddha belly. This will allow you to take
nice, deep breaths into your lower belly. And if you'd like, you can even focus gently
on some of your organs. Just bringing some love, some kindness, to your lungs, to your
liver, to your stomach, and just loving digestive organs, your intestines, your colon. And moving
down to your pelvis, just however you're seated, gently releasing your hips. Hopefully you
are feeling more relaxed, a little bit more spacious in your body. You can continue down
the rest of your body, and relax the muscle groups in your legs, your calves, and your
feet. This is a great exercise because you can do it anywhere.
