Demonstrating the open of the grinding chamber based on the Oktagon 1
First to take off the hopper, we remove the screws holding it in place.
Then we unscrew the upper stone (anti-clockwise)
Now we have to unscrew the adjusting lever
We then unscrew the black ring (anti-clockwise)
Now we have taken apart the grinding chamber
All parts should now be separated
black ring, blue ring and upper mill stone
Assembly goes the opposite way.
First align the marking on the black ring with the front of the mill
Now also position the marking on the blue ring with the front of the mill
Hold the blue ring in place, while we screw on the black ring (clockwise)
Screw it nearly once around, but stop when the hole for the adjusting lever faces front.
Now we can place the upper stone on top (marking at the front of mill).
Important: The marking of the black ring should NOT be aligned with the other ones. The adjusting lever hole takes its place. The marking on the blue ring is still facing forward.
We can now screw on the upper mill stone.
After approx. 1,5 rotations, the marking on the upper stone should be pointing at 10 O'Clock (as seen from the front)
Screw in the adjusting lever
Fasten the hopper again. Done.
