Automatically translated by machine. Today I'll be showing how I do a really beautiful
braided updo. Much more interesting than a standard bun!
Basic braiding knowledge is required for this one.
Brush your hair straight forward and pin any fringe out of the way.
Take a small section at the very bottom and divide it into three to begin the braid.
Braid forward to the top of your head. It's a little hard to see so here's a view
from the top! It can be a little tricky because you're effectively
braiding backwards. I find it's a lot easier to do different direction
braids like this without looking in a mirror, if you look in the mirror you just end up
confusing yourself as to which direction you need to go.
So just judge it by the feel. This is what it should look like.
Being upside down for so long it can be uncomfortable! When you reach the top, tie it and the rest
of your hair into a ponytail. There are any number of buns and styles you
can do from here. You could try just a regular one or use a
donut or sausage. I like to curl the ends though.
Then scrunch them to the head and pin in place so it's quite a messy bun.
It looks like it took more effort than it did.
Very pretty and a very nice change to a plain old bun!
A bit tall for my backdrop though. I hope this was a useful video.
