Hi, I'm Chris Hildebrand of Hildebrand Law and I want to talk to you a little bit more
today about Arizona child abuse laws. Specifically, I want to talk about how you report suspected
child abuse. If you reasonably believe a child has been abused or neglected, you can report
that concern either to law enforcement or Child Protective Services. However, if the
abuse is occurred by someone other than a care provider for the child, then the report
by statute should be made to your local law enforcement agency. If you have any other
questions about how to report child abuse, please feel free to email me at Chris@HildebrandLaw.com
and I hope this information was helpful to you.
