to Caption House for you.
We started business in 1994,
and we are located off Sesame Street Avenue
and the corner of 150th Street, in North Miami,
right next to the local PBS station.
Since 1994, we have become a full-service captioning shop,
providing off-line as well as live captioning,
subtitling and transcriptions.
We offer our services in English,
Spanish and Portuguese.
Ninety-five percent of our writers work from home
and are located all over the United States.
We perform the final QC and complete the work
right here in our office, then send it to our clients
in whatever format or media they have requested.
If you have a need for our services
we get in touch with you by phone
and go over our check list
to make sure we are both on the same page.
We call this, First Contact.
Once we have agreed on what you need,
we acquire your media and, in 3 to 5 days,
deliver back to you your project.
Our prices are competitive and our base rates
are published in our YouTube page.
To best service our clients, we have acquired
the latest technology in data communications,
software and all the toys we think will help.
Although all the high-tech equipment and software
will help us deliver a better product on time and on budget,
we realize that the most important asset
we have is our people.
