Today, we will prepare the salty Lassi of curd and cucumber.
It gives coolness in summers and keeps digestion fit.
Let us see what all do we require to prepare Kheere ki Lassi.
Cucumber - 1
Fresh curd - 1 cup.
Ice cubes - 1/2 cup.
Mint leaves - 7 to 8.
Coriander leaves - 10 to 12 leaves.
Pepper - less than 1/4 tsp.
Don’t take black pepper, if you don’t want to add it.
Common salt - less than 1/4 tsp.
Black salt - less than 1/4 tsp.
Roasted Jeera powder - 1/4 tsp.
Cut the cucumber into pieces first to prepare the Kheere Ki Lassi.
Cut the edge of the cucumber and rub it a little bit.
Remove this edge now till 1/2 cm.
This removes the bitterness of cucumber.
Peel the cucumber.
Now, cut it into small pieces.
Let us prepare the Lassi.
Take pieces of cucumber, coriander, mint leaves and curd.
Grind all the ingredients.
Cucumber has mixed nicely in the curd.
Add ice cubes in the mixture.
You can add half cup simple water or cold water in it.
Also add black salt, common salt and pepper in it.
Churn it again in the mixture.
The salty Lassi of curd and cucumber is now ready.
Serve this Lassi now.
Garnish it with the mint leaf.
