Hi my name is Richard Today I am Going to show you the basic of Photo manipulation in Photoshop. By the way i am Using Photoshop CC
Choose Your location for your project
then drag and drop your subject i used the girl image i've found online it is a free stock photo
Use the pen tool and draw it around the girl
Put the girl to the desert (the location i've chose)
Resize your subject to match it's location
then i've use this photo, it is also a free stock
then use your eraser tool. use the third brush
Then go to image>> adjustment>>hue and saturation and play with it. until it match the color of the scene (I apllied it to the location that I've chose)
Select the girl, then create a new layer>>fill it with black. we are doing this to create the shadow of the girl
put the shadow layer below the subject layer
Right click the shadow>> then choose Perspective
adjust the shadow of the girl until it match.
Tip:when creating a shadow; consider the location of the light. "sorry i didn't considered the location here ^_^"
Change the blending mode of the shadow to multiply. and then subtract the opacity of the shadow until it match the scene
then apply a gaussian blur to the shadow, "Filter>>Blur>>gaussian blur" play with it
Erase the extra element of the shadow.
use the healing brush tools and clone some of the dessert layer then apply it to the feet of the girl, again we are doing this for the sake of realism.
pick the blur tool and blur the edges of the girl
then Apply a Curves to the girl, go to image>>adjustment>>curves.. copy what i am doing.
Add the moon, Resize the moon, Erase the extra Element.
Change the blending mode to lighten and Reduce the opacity
use eraser tool, play with it's opacity then erase some extra edges of the moon, for the sake of realism :)
Create New adjustment layer>>Color balance, and play with it.
Create New adjustment layer again>>brightness and contrast, and play with it. (what I'am doing is creating a bit dark but colorful effect)
Create New adjustment layer again>>Hue and Saturation, and play with it.
What we are doing now is basically creating an effect which is going to reduce the opacity of some area of the moon and also doing some color correction.
and there you have it :) hope you enjoy my First Tutorial.. sorry no voice narration, please subscribe and also if you have a request tutorial, follow me on twitter.. :)
