CleanBid has helped our business grow substantially. We have went out and landed, gosh, multiple
construction jobs because of it. Everyone that I’ve presented bids to has been extremely
impressed with the presentation of our bid. And our numbers have been really fair. That
was one problem that I had, was not knowing exactly where to be in the market space as
far as bidding and cost are involved, and CleanBid has allowed me to be very competitive
and professional when I present our bid. So, it is an A+ program. Since we’ve started
using CleanBid, I have to say that the monthly fee is worth every penny. We’ve landed multiple
jobs. We usually average 3 to 4 jobs a month, and this has all happened because of the CleanBid
software. It’s competitive, easy to use, and if we win one job off of the bid that
CleanBid helped us to produce then it’s paid for itself. So, I’m really glad that
we have the CleanBid software. CleanBid helped our business immediately. My boss downloaded
the program and I really had never used bidding and estimating software before. There was
an instance where I was kind of pushed in the driver seat and had to pump out an estimate
right away and it was so easy to use. Again, I’m in sales and marketing, so I am not
an estimator, and CleanBid helped me look like I had been estimating like my entire
life. So, it was a great program and I’m glad we have it. CleanBid’s software has
definitely helped us bid more profitably, because we were unsure of the market’s going
rates as far as presenting bids to contractors in this area. And it automatically gives you
the price zones you need to be in to bid competitively. So I was very impressed with that part of
the program. It has definitely saved me time. To sit and put together a typically we have
to go through blue prints and measure and count, and this program allows us to just
put in measurements and it puts the bid together for us. So it’s saved us on the estimating
side hours sometimes on bid commercial projects. I love the new mobile web app, because I am
never in the office so in order for me to access the web software I can do it in my
car. So if I’m out and a customer is in a hurry which happens all the time in the
construction industry, they wait till the last minute to get a bid for post construction.
I can put together a bid and get it generated and email it to them on the spot, on the property,
if I have the measurements. So, it’s a very valuable tool. The company that I work for
is a nationally recognized company and we are kind of expected to put out professional
looking proposals and bids. And after starting with CleanBid, I generated bids and proposals
and presented them to clients and have always been told how professional and detailed and
great our bids and proposals are. So, my boss is happy because it’s in line with what
we need to present and CleanBid has kind of saved the day.
