okay guys i will talk about why people fail to increase their vertical
explosion and why you don't have to i want to lay down exactly how you can
start increasing your vertical

anytime you pace yourself
anytime you try to cooperate less intensity
to accommodate more repetition
you were training you're jumping endurance and not your explosion
and that's gonna be really hard for you guys to change
never pace yourself
always stimulate explosion
always push to the max
if you push to the max you are gonna climb little bit each workout and that's gonna
be noticeable over a period of time
you've gotta work smarter
and harder!
and so this is all about quality versus the quantity
Ive known tons of people who've trained very very hard with minimal results
let me give you another example if you're a sprinter
trained for the hundred-meter dash
and your coach said you gotta run two miles every day and it's going to train
you for that 100 meter dash uh... after that workout out you're gonna be
tired you're gonna be sweaty
and what are you going to be
you will be training your endurance
no sprinters gonna train
by running the mile two-mile
to run hundred-meter dash train the wrong type of muscle fiber
so as long as you continue training your endurance
you're not gonna be training the right type of fast twitch muscle fiber
it's going to give you a false sense of progression
now you also need to have a multi-faceted approach
that's how you get results very quickly
let me give you an example if you're a race car driver and you wanna create car
that goes faster
you can give it a more powerful engine
that's obviously going to have make you go fast
but how much more fact is it gonna be if you put a more powerful
engine
and if you put better cooling on the engine
you put better aerodynamics on the car
if you do all these things to your vehicle put better gasoline and all that
time to think
you're attacking that problem from so many different facets and each one is gonna
add i little bit of effectiveness
So most programs out there
target one facet
some of them do that well some of them don't
there's nine variables to your vertical jump training each is gonna contribute
to upward explosion
and or momentum
ineffective program that wants to give results very quickly is going to target
each facet
to train multiple facets is gonna create greater faster results
for instance flexibility
training your flexibility is gonna give your more leverage on jumping power your
form your fuel your stability and balance

tweak how you jump
is going to help you

nutrition is huge is huge
guys people die because they have incorrect nutrition people get cancer
and other diseases from bad nutrition

that extreme muscle power is created by correct nutrition
so why don't we realize this difference that makes and actually take action
nutrition is a discipline it's hard to get right but once you get a correct
youre gonna maximize your workout
