This is Robert Stewart with Hill13.com. The next drill we're going to talk about is arguably
one of the most important. And that is snap fire. Snap fire means you snap the weapon
from a down position to an up position, either at the hip or at the shoulder. And you very
rapidly take three targets and fire on each of those three in order. Doesn't matter the
order. The key is you're learning to bring the weapon, point, when you're on the field
your weapon should be up. But even if it's down, you should be able to bring your weapon
up to your first target and rapidly go through three targets. You drill on this to get your
hand eye coordination tight, so that you become really effective when you're on the move against
an opponent. So the way this is going to work is, you are going to fire on one target, fire
on another target, fire on another target. End of drill. This is a drill you should do
a lot. You should spend 500 to 1000 paint balls at the range, on your local field and
really get a sense of how your gun handles and what your aim is like. That's going to
also tell you a little bit about what kind of player you are. Are you a close quarter's
player? Are you a long baller? But snap fire training is essential. Now I'm going to demonstrate
to you a couple of examples of snap fire drills. Ready.
