Hi everyone welcome to NAV, my name is Ally.
Today I'm going to show you how to get a really cute and easy paw print design. I had a lot of compliments when I was wearing this look.
It's inspired by the gloves in the photo there, which I actually bought when I was studying
in China.
So what are you going to need? Nail polish remover, a base coat, a top coat, a black
polish, I'm using Mode in Blackjack, a pink polish, I've got Kleancolour in Pastel Pink,
cotton pads and a dotting tool. If you don't have a dotting tool, make up brushes, bobby
pins, anything like that will substitute.
Step one as always apply a base coat. I'm using Revlon's Quick Dry Base Coat.
Step two is to apply a black polish. I'm using Mode in Blackjack.
My nails are not in the greatest condition recently, so I have just not been wearing
nail polish and giving them a chance to breathe. Hence why this video is a little late.
Step three is dotting. I've got a dotting tool from eBay and Kleancolor in Pastel Pink.
So I'm just going to start off with big dots on my nails. I'm doing three on my thumb and
two on my fingers. Obviously this makes a difference depending on the size of your nails.
So just go ahead and put some dots on all of your nails.
Once you finish that you're just going to go back with the small side of the dotting
tool, and add three dots around each one of the big dots.
As I said in my previous video, if you don't have a dotting tool, you can just use something
like a makeup brush or a bobby pin, anything with a rounded edge is going to be great for
a substitute. I just decided to go ahead and buy dotting tools because there was a pack
of five on eBay for a couple of dollars, so I thought I might as well get one.
Final step is to apply a top coat. I'm using Revlon's Colorstay Top Coat.
Of course make sure your nails are dry otherwise you're going to make a mess.
So here's the finished look. I hope you all like the design, let me know what you think.
