The cerebral lobes are physical divisions of the cerebral cortex that perform specialized
functions. Then we will see which function plays each brain lobe. Occipital lobe. In
the occipital lobe is the visual cortex and is therefore involved in our ability to see
and interpret what we see.(Yellow) Parietal lobe. The parietal lobe plays an important
role in the processing of sensory information coming from various parts of the body, knowledge
of numbers and their relationships and the manipulation of objects.(Green) Temporal lobe.
The main functions that reside in the temporal lobe have to do with memory. The dominant
temporal lobe is involved in the memory of words and names of objects. The non-dominant
temporal lobe, on the other hand, is involved in our visual memory (faces, images,...).Lobe
frontal. The frontal lobe is related control of impulses, judgement, language production,
functional (work, short-term) memory, motor functions, *** behavior, socialization
and spontaneity. The frontal lobes assist the planning, coordination, control and execution of the behaviors.
