I have had my own dark period in my life
Hello world and welcome to the right side:)
I've been through a hard times myself.
The times when nothing brought me happiness
Nothing seems to cheer me up.I was just lost and disoriented
And I think that there are other people who've been through this time
or who are currently going through this times.
So I wanted to talk to you today about how I got
through this and what actually helped me.
Stop repeating yourself that you're okay
this thing with I'm okay I'm okay I'm okay
simply doesn't work.
You need to accept that you have problems and you need help with them.
By keep running away from your problems .
By keep running away from yourself you are making your life miserable
You are not helping yourself
You need to be honest with yourself
Admit that you are going through hard times right now
and admit that you want to find the way out
It's normal and you're not the first one who're
experiencing that
Num 2. Why I'm keep saying that you need help with that
The thing that was leading to
is that you need to go and see a psychologist
Your family and friends will probably want to help you
and they will be there for support but they're
not the ones who can help you to understand how to get out of this.
You're this person who can help yourself
Just you and no one else.. except for the
professional qualified person who can get you out of this condition
by asking you the right questions.By helping you to understand how to get out of this.
I'm not saying that this is necessary but I know that
people are just drowning in their problems
That people are lost and they don't want you except that they need a
professional help.
Although if they decided to get this help the process of
getting out of this condition would go way faster.
The next thing that you need to do is
keep on living!
Get out of the apartment,go to work, get yourself a hobby
Do literally anything except for lying in bed.
Yes, that's what I mean. I know that you are probably watching this video right now
lying in your bed.
In order to recover and get your life together
You need to actually stand up and do something literally anything
So please get out of your bed and start to do stuff
Routine is this thing that actually helps us to recover.
That actually makes this process go quicker
Next thing that you need to do if you already get out of ur bed
Is clean your apartment.
The mess in your apartment leads to a mess in your
While you clean your apartment you're making an order in your thoughts
Seriously your surroundings has a great influence on yourself
So if you keep living in this mess. Literally in this mess in ur apartment
You won't get an order in your head.
Just do this this! It's really simple and this could really help you.
This is like a small step to your recovery
Don't try to do everything at once just
Just accept it. You are not inspector gadget and
And if you try to fix everything that you
feel is broken right now in ur life at once
It will just lead to a bigger mess.
You will feel yourself even worse than you felt before
You need to set yourself a big goal and then make yourself
a step by step plan on how to achieve this goal
And just do these small steps on the way to a big one.
That's how all this process will go quicker but if you decide to do everything at once
you'll just feel hopeless because it's simply impossible
Get yourself a hobby or something that helps you to forget about your pain
At least for some time
That takes all of your energy, enthusiasm
The thing that you love to do!
The thing doing which you feel yourself absolutely happy
Or at least absolutely calm and relaxed
The thing doing which you just forget about everything and enjoy this moment!
For me it was YouTube
It was like a fresh air!
While I'm filming this video for you guys I just feel myself absolutely happy
This is the only thing that gets into my mind right now
is how to make a great video
It takes a lot of my time and surprisingly for most part of my time I
feel myself absolutely happy because I'm doing what I like.
And this is what you need to do
Find yourself something that you love to do and start doing this!
And these were all advices that I have for you for today guys!
