Hi, this is Ben Hardy with Expert Village. Now that we have all of ingredients together,
we have our cheeses, our vegetables, our seasonings all ready to go. Now it is time to move to
the baking process. Now it is important to remember when you are baking to cook it in
the correct temperature. Now when you are cooking it on high temperature in the oven
to save time and trouble and also to help along your dish you want to use a low fat
or non fat cooking spray. Which is this. So you take a regular size baking pan, you take
your spray, and first you want to line the bottom of it. Just a very thin line of it.
Now keep in mind that you want to get this on each side. One at a time and at very last
you want to get the edges just in case you have cheese or any other ingredient on there.
So it will not bubbled and crust. Let it sit for a moment. Make sure to get any other area
that you have not got. Make sure to wash your hands afterward so you will not containment
anything else in your kitchen.
