From the Casal Santa Eulàlia we want to prepare a cocktail
for you a nice cocktail for the Christmas time.
Here we have a majorcan almond-liqueur,
Then we have Cointreau or triple sec
At Casal Santa Eulàlia we usually use that rum called Dos Maderas.
This rum was stored 8 years in oak barrels, 5 years in Cuba, and 3 years in Spain.
First we have to crush some ice,
then we mix 1 part of the almond liqueur,
1 part of Cointreau
and 2 parts of rum
We add some crushed ice
And decorate it with majorcan almonds,
and a green or red cherry,
as you prefer.
