Hi, I'm chef Donn and on behalf of Expert Village welcome. Today we are going to make
a fun dish, crab meat stuffed shrimp. So what we are going to do is make a crab meat stuffing,
we are going to fill the shrimp, bake them and have a really nice basil cream sauce to
top it with. So here are the ingredients, first we need soften butter, jumbo shrimp;
these are 2125 in size which means there is 21 to 25 shrimp per pound. Lump crab meat,
this is can not fresh but it is a good product, red onion, celery, carrots, lemon, basil,
one slice of bread (for the filling), egg and heavy whipping cream. So let's get started.
