right? Not always.
It's easy to focus on the main sale, but forget to up sell.

If a customers interested in new hiking boots, they might ask
Where are you hiking? What will the temperature be like? How long will you be out?
Then the sales reps could use that information to guide
customers to use the proper pair of socks. Associates focused on the benefits of
