Hi I'm Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Tx and on behalf on
Expert Village i'm here to show you a chicken marsala recipe. Our next step here is to prep
our mushrooms i'm using whole mushrooms here cause they were cheaper. But you can also
mushrooms that are already sliced and we gave these a good cleaning and now were going to
slice them thinly here like so add to the sauce (hint the mushroom) and slice them and
they slice very easy and like i say you can save time they already buy sliced up. If you
want they have mushroom already in the jar, in a can pre-sliced, it's up to you, me i
like slicing mushrooms i like cutting, it makes me feel like i'm closer to the food,
anyway we continue to cut our mushrooms here and finish this and move on to our next step.
