I'm Tara Swennen, LA-based celebrity stylist. The Joan Wedge works amazingly well with this
season's standout color, gray. It's fall new neutral - it's sophisticated and sharp. This
boot works with all shades from charcoal to slate and can be paired with colors from midnight
blue, tawny brown, rustic red, to fennel green. For this look I wanted to do something chic,
edgy, and multifaceted. What I did was pair the Joan Wedge with a slightly draped herring
pant and then paired it with a textural jacket, and then pulled in the lines of the architecture
of the shoe with the jewelry, the V-neck of the t-shirt, as well as the shape of the clutch.
I kept it in a gray tonal vibe to pull out the leather of the boot.
