whose value is defined by its mass and purity. Bullion is sold in commodity markets. Gold
Bullion is the most common way of trading and exchanging gold. This is because gold
bullion cuts off any kind of manufacturing costs. You might have imagined, or seen in
films, Gold as bars of glittering golden colors. This is the form of Gold bullion. Gold bullion
is valued by its mass and purity. When talking about purity, the purest gold bullion is that
of Canadian Maple Leaf Series that is 99.999% pure. A term known as "Three nines (99.9%)"
is most common. Well, there are various standards of purity and the price depends upon it.
Gold Bullion is of two common types; Gold Bullion Bars and Gold Bullion Coins.
Gold Bullion Bars: Gold bullion, melted and shaped into Gold
bar is an attractive form of gold for most investors. This is because Gold Bullion bars include much lower modelling costs than
other forms and these are easy to handle. Gold bullion bars are now available in various
masses and purity. The only draw back is that it is difficult
to develop articles from Gold bars.
Gold Bullion Coins: Gold Bullion is often remodeled into coins
that usually have some numismatic value included in cost. Gold bullion coins are good for buying but trading can
be a lot complicated depending upon the type of coins. many coins have special numismatic
values based upon their history or rarity and may cost you a lot more than the actual price of gold bullion.
Apart from that, Gold bullion coins have higher premium and manufacturing costs are greater
than Gold Bullion Bars.
