Express Watches is the online trading arm of Ashley Jewellers
which was set up by my parents 22 years ago.
We’re a small family business
and we decided to diversify to the online market three years ago.

The element of trust is hugely important for us.
There are lots of larger e-commerce sites that people are a lot more familiar with.
For us, being a brand that people don’t necessarily recognise,

Our developer had it working within an hour and generating reviews the same day.

Being initially a physical shop and dealing with customers face to face,
diversifying online was more difficult because there was no human interaction.

is we can find out what we’re doing correctly, and what we can improve.
