[music fades]
My name is Jim Alexander. I'm the Emergency Management Coordinator for Dartmouth-Hitchcock
Medical Center.
The emergency management coordinator for the hospital is charged with disaster planning,
with helping to prepare the hospital to deal with any number of emergencies that could
hit manmade, IT, surge, patient surge...
Bill Weyrick, I'm the Director of Desktop Support. That would be field service as well
as help desk.
I'm also the liaison for incident command - institutional incident command - between
information systems and the enterprise.
(female narrator) What are the three most critical elements to disaster preparation?
Jim Alexander, Emergency Management Coordinator,
Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.

responding to the disaster that you're faced with, and then recovering from the disaster.
