NICK GRALIKE: Hey it's Nick here at Ramp Riders in St. Louis and I'm here on behalf of Expert
Village. On this clip we're going to talk about transitions and what to expect when
you're coming up on the ramp. So, first you're going to make sure you have the speed to actually
clear off the box or you might want to add a little more speed so that you might be able
to actually go a little higher than you expect. Since you're going to be doing a trick, you'll
going to need a little bit more height because when you do tricks you actually kinda slow
your movements and down. When you come up to ramp, come with the phase you're going
to be in the natural position, you're going to be kind of on your pedals. You're not going
to be sitting on your seat and nothing like that. You're going to approach it, get to
the top. When you actually hit the phase, you're going to pull up just a little bit
on left. Actually jump a box and make it over. You're going to know-you're going to have
to think in your mind. Yeah think about what you're going to do and when you're going to
do it. Just keep in mind you're just going to throw you bars in the air, so make sure
you always balance, you always-bars are always going to be straight when you land. Bars going
to be straight when you hit the ramp just throw it, land it and roll way and you'll
have it. Hit the transition, jump the box for doing an X-up.
