Like them to eat healthy and just have
eat a lot of fresh vegetables
like to eat a lot of salads, no fatty stuff,
cut off the fat from the chicken. Cause we can encourage one another
we can do a group walk,
the family walk.
Take those, especially having the children around
because the children, they started off walking and then they start to run,
and we have to get catch them up!
Which is really pretty good because it's is not only that
they can take their bike
and you just stood along at the back because you can catch up.
And sometimes they really encourage you to keep moving.
