Number five, the last core belief. I mean, I have got more but I have decided to do five.
A new right now, so strategic works are more successful in their everyday activities in
their everyday routine tasks if they bring a few of these principles right back to home
or not talking about creating a lot of grand strategies all the time but were you talking
about bringing those principles right down to everyday applications and what that help
shape people's future in success. Now one guy who expressed it very very well, one of
my clients, Greg Page from Cargill, he said this in one of our classes. He said, "Look,
now this is a small class about them becoming promising leaders who said look here you've
got to be thinking more competitively ,more strategically in your roll then the people
doing the same job in the competitor organizations. Without that, it isn't going to work. I can't
do what they need to each of you stinking up cooking up strategy, not just participating
in senior leadership strategy, not just understanding it that but I need you creating that strategy
if we are really going to drive that success. Very insightful guide, very smart guide ,very
good and has that perspective in the organization
