Add the cut potatoes, and mix all.
Then add the finely chopped 1 green peppers, and mix well. It's Korean pancake batter.
Heat the sesame oil in a skillet, and fry the batter.
Fry time is about 2~3 minutes. When the surface of the pancake gets brown, flip it over and cook the other side.
When the pancake is heated through, transfer to a serving plate.
Then make more pancakes with the remaining batter in the same way.
When pan-fry the all, it's done.
