Hi again its Steve again from mytoolkit.co.uk what im going to do today Im following on
from our instruction video of the Max CN650 Metal coil nailer and if you’d like to look
at the bench there’s the tool its all been run through on the instruction video and this
is going to fire a nail through a wooden batten and then through mild steel urm… if I set
this up here’s there mild steel 2mm thick, if I just put a couple of battens on the bench
there and just to simulate put it across and there’s the batten id like to fix on to
the mild steel. What Im going to fire in the tool today is a two inch 50mm hardened helical
twist nail and il just place it over the job and fire.
As you can see cleanly through there is a depth adjustment again its all on the instruction
video, and we’ve gone straight through wooden batten and straight through the mild steel,
you can see there that was a 2 inch nail and we’ve over cooked the job urm.. you could
possibly get away obviously with a 32mm but that was just to show you that batten could
have been 20 mm there but it could have just as easily been thirty, thirty five mm.
So as you can see excellent tool, time saving, save money on your price of screws and the
speed time saving is phenomenal this can be used on trailer bodies, modular buildings,
so bare that in mind and come see us again soon, www.mytoolkit.co.uk
