At some point, the PNB pulled back from the North side of Monroy's corner
Where later, agents of the "Sebin" (Bolivarian Intelligence Office) would be captured on video at the corner of Tracabordo
Another video on the Internet shows Sebin's agents on the West side of Tracabordo's corner, and a man with a light shirt, green pants and helmet
Article 68. Citizens have the right to demonstrate, peacefully and without weapons, subject only to such requirements as may be established by law. The use of firearms and toxic substances to control peaceful demonstrations is prohibited. The activity of police and security corps in maintaining public order shall be regulated by law.
Close to 3pm, a group of Sebin's agents spread out to South 11, between Tracabordo and Ferrequin
