On behalf of Expert Village I'm Lizbeth Muller and today we are going to cook some bistek
empanado, breaded steak. I'm going to turn the steak over and I'm going to precede to
do the same thing on the other side all over the steak. You know what this is going to
help also for the seasoning to sink into these little holes here. It is going to help you
want it to be really well marinated. It is going to have a taste to it, it has a flavor.
Spanish steak has a very distinct flavor when it is seasoned. You can actually taste the
moho and the marinade and the garlic that we use. We use a lot of our garlic for this
kind of steak and this kind of style of steak. So I have turned it over 2 times good. What
I'm going to do next is I'm going to proceed and put it in a bowl and use my ingredients
to marinate. So let's take this bowl here for instance and I'm going to put it here.
