We have now learned how to play all the notes in the C major scale on the flute. Let's review
and I'm going to play them for you right now.
Looking at the staff we can see we have C, D, E, F, G, A, B, and them up to middle C
again. In the scale normally play the notes all the way up to pentatonic and then back
down again. Let's hear how this sounds. This is one octave in a C major scale. A octave
is between 1 tonic to the next so looking at the chart from C up to C. In the staff
there is multiple octaves of C major that we can play. Let's look at the 2nd octave
if the 1st one goes from low C up to middle C the 2nd octaves starts in low C and goes
up to the next C. When players come advance then they can learn the 2nd octaves and how
to play scales in 2 octaves. Until then working with 1 is best.
