Okay, the next shine we're going to do is called a Cuban step, or a side-to side basic.
It looks like this...from a normal basic, two, three, five, six, seven, we're going
to go right, and together. Left and together. One, two, three, five, six, seven. Back to
basic, two, three, five, six seven. And there's no set length of time that you have to do
this. It doesn't have to be one eight count or two eight counts, you can kind of do it
for as long as you want, and then go back into your basic whenever you feel like it.
Okay? So, all we're going to do is, just like the forward and back basic, but we're going
to go side to side instead. So, we're going to take our right foot to the right on one,
and place two together, three. Other side out to the left, and place together. So we've
got side, and together. Side, and together. This is one, two, three, and five, six, seven.
When you're done, back to basic, two, three, five, six, seven. To give it some flavor,
you'll want to add some shoulders into it. So you'll just roll them from the front to
the back, one, two, three, five, six, seven. Roll the shoulders front to back, two, three,
five, six seven. Also, if you want to give it a little more "oomph", you can add a dip.
So you can go one, two, three, five, six, seven. One, two, three, five, six, seven.
You can play with your hair a little bit. Back to basic, two, three, five, six, seven.
