Particle script performs a dynamic scene intersection query
in order to locate the scene's closest points
It then casts a trail to that point
With a ribbon renderer and turbulence, to produce the lightning effect
Moving the emitter around
Will automatically cast lightning bolts to the parts of the scene closest to the emitter
When the lightning bolts collide with the scene,
a sub-effect is triggered, containing a sparks layer, particle-lights, and random sounds.
