place chocolate in a heatproof bowl and melt it over simmering water.add additional butter
pour the melted choco butter mixture into a bowl
beat in 4 eggs, then sift in 250g sugar, 175g flour, a tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt. Fold it together.
sprinkle chopped almonds into the paper cases - if desired
spoon in the mixture
place one raspberry in the middle of each muffin
bake in a preheated oven at 175 celsius (350 degrees) for around 20 minutes.
after 20 minutes take them out, leave to cool in the tin, then lift out onto a rack
decorate the muffins with melted chocolate
here the muffins with almond bottom
place raspberries on the top
alternatively dust them with powdered sugar
