In Arizona how often do you need to replace your roof, how long is it good for?
Uh usually the shingle roofs they should last at least if you got a 30year shingle or a 30 year dimensions
or a 25 year shingle, usually the sun will shorten the life of the roof by 5 years. So if you have a 30year shingle you got to
replace every 25 years. But if you have a tile roof, the tile roof the average of the tile roof is between 18 and 20 years
But if you maintenance the roof can last you at least 25 to 30 years. When I am talking maintenance I am talking about
doing an exception of all the valleys, all the roof vents, all the roof openings and of course replace any damaged or broken
tiles. So that's going to be the life of your roof right there but in Arizona the sun will deteriorate the outer layment it will
dry it out and average its about 20 years every 20 years yo have to remove the tiles and put in a new outer layment
The life of the tile should be 75 and 100 years a regular concrete tile
