Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Texas and
on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole shrimp crab salad. We are going
to use a holy trinity but were going to do a little bit different we're going to mix
the bell pepper portion with different colors, we're going to start off with our green bell
pepper here and we're just going to make some small slices. Because in this recipe we really
want to dice things pretty small we don't want big chunk of things, and then we're going
to make some to small dices of our green bell pepper. The thing about this dish also is
once we start putting it all together we're going to do it in layers so we're just not
going to dump everything into together and mix it up, we're going to fold things in by
layers. So we want to get some small dices on our green bell pepper here so we get that
green color from this, and I'll be cutting mostly everything with a small pairing knife.
It just seems to have better control over the knife to have those pieces small once
we get to the egg I'll probably use a larger knife, anyway here's our green bell pepper
diced and ready to go.
