Régis Chambert, CEO, AVEXIA Voyages
My name is Régis Chambert, and I am the CEO of
Avexia Voyages. It is a young SME that was founded
in 2008, with the mission to help SMEs and mid-cap
companies, as they’re now called, solve their mobility issues.
Electronic invoicing: implementation
Ever since the company was first founded,
Avexia Voyages had decided to move to electronic invoicing
for its clients. Our challenge was to make it part of a more
wide-reaching project. What we had to do, was to find
a sufficiently innovative partner to integrate the
tax-compliant e-invoicing portal
into our multi-service customer portal.
Electronic invoicing: the stakes
It’s important to remember that our industry
deals with an enormous amount of customer invoicing:
a lot of detail, huge amounts of invoicing lines.
We therefore had to find someone who knew how to
to manage this amount of data… but also how
to reproduce it in a user-friendly, innovative way;
and I believe that is one of the reasons, in fact,
besides efficiency, and the desire to make a success
of the project, that we chose Accelya.
The second issue was to make sure that the company
was capable of listening to the customer’s needs
– which was the case with Accelya –
but also of understanding their prerequisites,
in terms of organisation, in terms of processes,
but also in terms of innovation.
Electronic invoicing: prospects
In terms of innovation and product offers,
I think that we’ve made the right bet,
because our e-invoicing rate keeps growing.
And looking ahead: we should like to go further
with the people from Accelya, and integrate
from end to end, in fact our entire chain...
in other words integrate our suppliers.
I’m thinking for instance of certain car rental companies
who work with Accelya and who could
easily be part of this customer chain on our side.
