Hi everyone, it's Lunden! First of all I just wanted to say
thank you for all of the viewers' support for Runtastic and
the Runtastic Fitness channel throughout 2013.
So, for those of you that are getting ready for the holidays - I know I am - I have a really special
holiday treat for you. Most of you have probably heard of the "12 Days of
Christmas" Christmas carol...
Well, today I've switched it around a little bit for you and
created the "12 Days of Fitness"
based on various videos that we've done throughout the past year.
So, for those of you that are watching from your computer:

On the first day of fitness my true love gave to me
a smoothie full of protein.
On the second day of fitness my true love gave to me
two sports balls and a smoothie full of protein.
On the third day of fitness my true love gave to me

On the fourth day of fitness my true love gave to me
four fitness apps, three tips for runners, two sports balls
and a smoothie full of protein. Here we go!
On the fifth day of fitness my true love gave to me

and smoothie full of protein.
On the sixth day of fitness my true love gave to me
six pack apps, five deskercises, four fitness apps
three tips for runners, two sports balls and a smoothie full of protein.
On the seventh day of fitness
my true love gave to me
seven minutes workout, six pack apps, five deskercises, four fitness apps
three tips for runners, two sports balls, and a smoothie full of protein.
Now eight, on the eighth day of fitness
my true love gave to me
eight stair hops, seven minutes workout, six pack apps, five deskercises, four fitness apps
three tips for runners, two sports balls, and a smoothie full of protein.
On the ninth day of fitness my true love gave to me
nine moves in water, eight stair hops
seven minutes workout, six pack apps
five deskercises, four fitness apps
three tips for runners, two sports balls,
and a smoothie full of protein.
On the tenth day of fitness my true love gave to me
perfect 10 legs, nine moves in water
eight stair hops, seven minutes workout
six pack apps, five deskercises, four fitness apps
three tips for runners, two sports balls
and a smoothie full of protein.
On the eleventh day of fitness my true love gave to me
more than eleven burpees, perfect 10 legs
nine moves in water, eight stair hops, seven minutes workout, six pack apps
five deskercises, four fitness apps, three tips for runners, two sports balls
and a smoothie full of protein.
Last but not least:
On the twelfth day of fitness my true love gave to me
twelve-minute nachos, more than eleven burpees
perfect 10 legs, nine moves in water
eight stair hops, seven minutes workout
six pack apps, five deskercises, four fitness apps, three tips for
runners, two sports balls and
a smoothie full of protein.
