Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Tx and on
behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you how to make Boudin. Okay we're now going
to prep our meat grinder to become a stuffer and basically same components the cutting
blade, the feed, the screw, the cutting guides, and at this point we're going to add our sausage
to this and we're just going to place it right on top like that and take our screw cap screw
it on there tight. Then screw that on tighten it and our hopper right on top now we're ready
to make sausage.
